ecMidas - Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the return policy below to process your return or exchange. You may return merchandise with the following conditions for a return or exchange.
- Please contact us by email within 24 hours after you have purchased the order if you would like to make any changes to size, style or color.
- Contact us by email within 24 hours after you have received the package if you would like to exchange an item or obtain a refund.
- The purchased item must be returned and postmarked by the next business day after receiving the package; otherwise, the item will be shipped back to you and deemed final sale.
- If a shipment is refused upon delivery, the original shipping charges and the return shipping charges back will be deducted from the credit amount. All other return policies will apply.
- Any merchandise received by air on a Friday or Saturday cannot be returned or exchanged. This only applies to customers who call in for emergency air-shipping.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for exchanges. For returns, a 15% restocking fee will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
- Merchandise must be in undamaged, unworn and resalable condition with the original tags attached.
- Please insure all items that you are returning. We cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping. Shipping costs on returns and exchanges are the buyer's responsibility.
